xcakid - have you been following the Kung Fu Fighting protest song news? I'm still hoping to find video of that to post on that thread. All the news is about the politics but none of the actual singing and dancing.

i just posted this on facebook of reading the article and was hoping i got to post it here before gene...so far...so good.
and if you wondering how she looks
I'm calling Shenanigans!!!
There's no way that a woman that looks like this:
would need to force a guy to have sex.
Greetings,
For him to run to the police like that suggests, as MightyB pointed out, bogusness; or, that she strapped on something and took him for three days, in addition to whatever else she did. He WOULD need a new pair of jeans after that.
mickey
But the story is allegedly two years old.
Real or not, I think this needs to be merged to the BM artists thread here.

Russian Sex Slave Media Mystery
You just can’t keep a good sex slave down.
As I wrote on Tuesday in my blog “Same Old Sex Slave, Brand New Gawker Story,” Gawker and The Daily Mail in the UK both published a sensationalistic story about a man who broke into a hair salon in the small Russian town of Meshchovsk and was quickly overpowered by the 28-year-old black belt female owner, who then dragged him to a back room and tied him to a radiator with a hair dryer cord. Must have been a long cord because he was kept there for three days, force fed Viagra (glad she had it on hand!) and repeatedly raped.
Today, the story is spreading quicker than Viagra through the bloodstream. Many more media outlets, including Slate and various Russian papers, have repeated the story. PerezHilton gets so upset that he editorializes about how “disgusting” it is. Commenters on many sites are heatedly debating over whether or not a woman can rape a man. And, in a game of sex slave telephone, each outlet is adding their own little twist to the story. The Irish Independent, for example, claims that the salon owner kicked the robber in the privates.
All these media outlets are taking their information directly from the July 12 Daily Mail story. The problem is that this story—and it’s quite a whopper—is over two years old. It first appeared in April 2009 in The Moscow Times, which even questions if it’s real, noting that Life.ru, which originally posted the police complaint, has been “setting the bar high for sensationalist scoops.” The Moscow Times then links to the complaint on Life.ru, but that link is now dead. Life.ru is now Lifenews.ru, and since it’s in Russian, I had my Russian-speaking friend do a search for the complaint, which was supposedly on the site. No dice.
Something that looks like a police complaint (or a scribbled-on napkin, depending) can be found on a site called News.ru, which got its information from Life.ru, but it is too blurry to read. There’s also a picture of a man and a woman, with their faces blurred. Is this the rapist and her sex slave? Who can tell?
Indeed, many commenters on the various articles about this story have mentioned that the story was previously proven to be a fake, but I couldn’t find anything about that on Snopes.com.
One bit of new information the Daily Mail published that was not in the original April 2009 Moscow Times story nor the April 2009 News.ru story that summarized the Life.ru story, was the last names of the hair salon rapist and her sex slave. They went from just Olga and Viktor in the Moscow Times story (and in all of the outlets that picked it up) to Olga Zajac and Viktor Jasinki in the July 12, 2011 Daily Mail story.
Presumably their last names were never on the original Life.ru story, or The Moscow Times would have published them. But now everyone picking up the Daily Mail story is using those last names, which didn’t exist two days ago—at least, not in the general media. Meanwhile, the two are becoming famous: “Olga Zajac: World’s Greatest Salon Owner” now has her own Facebook page with almost 2000 likes.
So the question is, where did the Daily Mail UK get the last names? And why did they publish a two-and-a-half-year-old story as if it happened two days ago?
I’ve spoken to two different people in the news room of the Daily Mail, and emailed these questions twice. I’m still awaiting a response. Hopefully they can clear up the Russian sex slave mystery once and for all.
Heck, maybe those two kids are happily married now.

"Martial arts entrepreneur kills self as molestation case looms"
By Robert Nolin, Sun Sentinel
2:20 a.m. EDT, June 14, 2012
The owner of a string of martial arts schools killed himself at his Fort Lauderdale home early Monday, days before local police were to file charges he sexually molested an associate.
Stephen LaVallee, 55, who owned five USA Black Belt Champions schools in Broward and Palm Beach counties, hanged himself, the Medical Examiner's Office said. Fort Lauderdale investigators were poised to file a charge of simple battery this week against LaVallee, accusing him of improperly touching a man during a massage in May 2011.
"Mr. LaVallee was aware that charges were being presented against him this week," Fort Lauderdale Police spokesman Travis Mandell said.

Local police had also been reviewing reports from upstate New York, where LaVallee owned eight training centers, accusing him of molesting two teenage boys. Police there never prosecuted LaVallee because the crimes' statute of limitations had expired, said Sgt. Bob Marshall of the Onondaga County Sheriff's Office, which includes Syracuse.
In the South Florida case, according to police reports, a man affiliated with LaVallee's school said he was at LaVallee's Fort Lauderdale office last May when the instructor offered to demonstrate new massage techniques. The man told police LaVallee touched him inappropriately during the massage.
In the New York state cases, Marshall said a man accused LaVallee of molesting him when he was about 13 or 14 years old. The offense allegedly occurred in 1993, Marshall said, but the man didn't report it until this January, after a 10-year statute of limitations in which LaVallee could be prosecuted had run out.
Fort Lauderdale police said there was another incident from New York state in which a man said LaVallee sexually molested him from about age 13 until he graduated from high school. Both jurisdictions closed their investigations after LaVallee's suicide.
LaVallee, five times named man of the year by the International Martial Arts Association, left a wife, Kim, and toddler son. His attorney, Ron L. Baum of Fort Lauderdale, said they are "grieving over the devastating loss." He declined to comment about the accusations against LaVallee.
Kim Ling, owner of Kim Ling's Academy in Oakland Park, said LaVallee formerly fought matches, then devoted himself to running his schools. "One of the top guys in the martial arts world, business-wise," he said.
Many in the martial arts community were long aware of the accusations against LaVallee, Ling said. "All the good stuff he did got tarnished," he said.
LaVallee operated schools in Fort Lauderdale, North Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Coconut Creek and Lighthouse Point. He had studied martial arts for 35 years, earned a 7th degree black belt, and had been inducted into the Hall of Fame of the International Martial Arts Association. He led seminars and acted as a speaker and consultant for several martial arts organizations.

The moment one is a child molester then ANY "good stuff" SHOULD be tarnished.
If the man did do those horrific things then it should be made public because there may be people that were abused and have not come forward yet.
