pick up the guitar and sing again.

I used to play guitar and sing folk songs (chinese and other countries) in high school in the 1970's.

    1. Be a better husband.

    2. Be a good dad (I've got 6 months to prepare for that one.)

    3. Lose some more weight

    4. Write something that isn't an internet post or an e-mail.

    5. Try to go to the gym 5 times a week (worked myself up to 4x/week this year)

    6. Make it a habit to do some training early in the morning in the park (before people come out and laugh at me.)

    7. Start Martial Arts again (probably Judo, unless my sifu starts teaching again, in which case I would enroll in a heartbeat.)

These 2 are mutually exclusive . Go 7x a week for the 6 months before your baby is born!!!!

    Happy New Year!!!

Conan stole it from Genghis Khan.

    and daughters." --Ghengis Khan

    Martial Art New Years Resolutions

Anybody have any Martial Art resolutions they'd like to post? You know, things you'd like to accomplish in the next year.

I'd like to learn Wu Tai Chi from my Sifu to compliment all the "hard style" mantis and Judo I've been doing.

I'd also like to learn the double dao form with the ground rolling attack/defense.

I'd like to compete at least 3 times this year. Two Judo, and one BJJ. I'd also like to go to at least one TCMA tourney and compete in something.

Teacher always told his students, "You need to have Wude, patient, tolerance, humble, ..." When he died, his last words to his students was, "Remember that the true meaning of TCMA is fierce, poison, and kill."

I would like to help more people find better health through acupuncture and herbs.
Mouth Boxers have not the testicular nor the spinal fortitude to be known.
Hence they hide rather than be known as adults.
