Both are good so it's not an either/or BUT I do like her performance better.
The pauses and slow moves give a look of "pent up tension" and "potential explosion", know what I mean?

She's very graceful, power dynamics and speed, excellent. I've seen her perform on YouTube before. Noticed the knife-hand technique as part of the Kata.
