To all Martial Arts aficionados,

Our 3rd Tiger Claw’s KungFuMagazine.com Championship will be held on June 4th, 2011, at the spacious McEnery Convention Center in downtown San Jose, California. Once again, we are cooperating with the Shark City Nationals, promoted by Tony and Theresa Kattengell. I invite everyone to participate in this year’s exciting competition. This year, Tiger Claw’s KungFuMagazine.com Championship is also sponsored by Tiger Balm, the world’s leading analgesic remedy, trusted by generations to provide care, healing and comfort for over 100 years!

We will hold the 2nd Annual WildAid Tiger Claw Championship, our showcase benefit event. All the proceeds of this event will be donated to WildAid’s continuing efforts to save wild tigers and other endangered animals. The 2011 WildAid Tiger Claw Champion will win an iPad 2!

What’s more, we have many new exciting things planned such as four special exhibition divisions, all benefiting our charitable branch, the Tiger Claw Foundation. The Songshan Shaolin Champion is for classical forms currently practiced at the Shaolin Temple in Songshan. Like the WildAid Champion, the Songshan Shaolin Champion claims the title for the year and wins some great special prizes.

We are also introducing two benefit exhibition qigong divisions: Health Qigong and Special Skills Qigong. Health Qigong follows the guidelines established by the International Health Qigong Association. Special Skills Qigong encompasses the martial stunts like bending steel bars on the throat, throwing chopsticks and iron crotch. This is an invitation-only division, overseen by Grandmaster Tu Jin-Sheng. Our fourth benefit exhibition event is Mulan Quan, a unique fusion of martial arts and dance, inspired by the legendary 5th Century heroine, Hua Mulan.

As always, Tiger Claw’s KungFuMagazine.com Championship gets coverage like no other tournament. There will be a live webcast, in-depth coverage in Kung Fu Tai Chi magazine, and a special DVD of the event. We look forward to seeing you at Tiger Claw’s KungFuMagazine.com Championship!
