Spring Forest Qigong Practice Session

Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai Chen Style Taijiquan Seminar/Workshop
Don’t miss this opportunity to meet and learn from Chen Style Tai Chi Grandmaster (“GM”) Zhu Tiancai (Zhu Tian Cai). Register for morning session, afternoon session, or all day. Grandmaster Zhu Tiancai is one of the “Four Buddha Warriors” (Zhu Tiancai, Chen Xiaowang, Chen Zhenglei, and Wang Xi’An) of Chen Village (Chenjiagao) where Tai Chi originated 300 hundreds years ago. GM Zhu is 19th-generation successor of Chen Style Tai Chi and is well known for his openness and ability to share his formidable knowledge of Chen Style Tai Chi to beginners and advanced students alike.
In the morning session, GM Zhu will explain Chen Style Silk Reeling Practice and teach the 13 Movement Form of New-Frame Chen Style Tai Chi. The new frame is specialized in detailed energy coiling and spiral movements, as well as powerful shaking hits. In the afternoon session, GM Zhu will teach the Chen Style Four Basic Posture Exercise and Chen Style Push Hands Practice.
GM Zhu will answer any questions regarding Tai Chi practice. Everyone welcome, beginners or advanced. The knowledge you gain will help you with your tai chi practice whatever tai chi style you regularly practice. You will enjoy GM Zhu’s enthusiasm and limitless energy and knowledge. A rewarding experience for all!
Fee: $70 for the morning session (9:30 am - 12:30 pm), $90 for the afternoon session (1:30 pm - 5:00 pm), or $150 for the entire day if paid by April 15th, 2010. After April 15th, pay $80 for the morning session, $100 for the afternoon session, or $170 for the entire day. Qingping Jian (straightsword) Workshop

Traditional Body guard workshop with allen pittman
This workshop is for those interested in learning more conditioning for the study of Hsingi Bagua and Tai Chi without learning more forms. We will be looking at drills throughout the workshop focusing on skills and body gaurd tactics.
