Spring Forest Qigong Level II Workshop
SFQ Level II Workshop is open to anyone who has completed Level I. It will be taught in two parts, both on a Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Part A is on 06 June and Part B on 13 June. In this workshop, you will learn: to increase your internal energy and scan the body to find blockages; Sword Fingers and Thunder Palms healing techniques; advanced skills to collect and protect energy. You will also practice sending energy to clear the blockages of others. Spring Forest Qigong was developed by Chun Yilin, who is being named 2010 Qigong Master of the Year at the 12th World Congress on Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has created a simple yet powerful system and envisions "A healer in every family, a world without pain."

Shaolin Warrior Summer Training Camp
Shaolin Disciple Warrior Training focuses on the true original Shaolin Master Warriors training experience without going to China (7 weeks) for all ages starting from June 7th. This training is also available on a week to week basis.
This is a rare opportunity for all serious Shaolin students to train with a 31st generation Shaolin
Grand Master in Chan and Kungfu. The philosophies, wisdom and legends of the Shaolin temple will be shared throughout the week to allow the students to grow spiritually, physically and mentally.
The topics will include body and mind toughening the Shaolin way, Chan (Zen) meditation, and
conditioning with special emphasis on: internal Shaolin compassionate Mind and Spirit and Qi Empowerment and development; traditional Qigong such as Tong Zhi, Tai Gong, Yi Jin Jing, and other Shaolin
internal forms; authentic Shaolin animal forms, applications, and Shaolin self-defense &
weapons Duilian (pairing); Shaolin combat self protection techniques such as Shaolin defense
maneuvers, situation defense, simulation defense, Shaolin kickboxing, and a taste of Shaolin
Dian Xuei (demark); QinNa (grappling and joint locking) and Shaolin Shuaijiao (combat
wrestling).
The way of of traditional Shaolin warriors healing, nutrition, acupuncture/acupressure and mind-body medicine will also be introduced.
Shaolin Warrior Training camp is directed and instructed by Shi Deru (Master Shawn Liu with his Shaolin professional teaching team) the 31st
generation Grand Master of the Shaolin Temple, close disciple of Great Master the Chan spiritual leader of modern time Upper Su Lower Xi: Shi Suxi. Just as CCTV networks (Chinese Central TV Networks) described in its 6 series documentaries of Shaolin Warrior Disciple Shi Deru: “The Shaolin Legend Master Shi Deru (Monk Warrior Shawn Liu Xiangyang) & "The Father of Sanda in America”.
