KUNG FU TAI CHI WINTER 2025
Winter 2025 heralds the exciting return of our quarterly publication. The focal point of this issue is the revised edition of "Kung Fu's Top 100," a refreshed version of our highly popular article originally featured in January 2000. This updated piece, now in full color and backed by 25 years of additional research, explores 100 different Kung Fu styles, detailing their histories, characteristics, and notable modern practitioners. Additionally, we present a special report titled "Straight Out of Shaolin – Abbot Ousted," covering the recent arrest of the Shaolin Abbot on criminal charges. We also share the latest developments, including the final journey of North American pilgrims to the Shaolin Temple at the time of the incident. Returning columns such as Featured Weapon, Kung Fu Horoscopes, and Fast Forward to the Fight Scenes make their comeback, marking our magazine's triumphant return after a five-year hiatus since the pandemic.
