do you think visualization of an opponent during shadowboxing encourages us to be insane -- imagining people that aren't really there, just so we can hit them?

I've killed 7 of my last shadow boxing partners...Its getting harder to find invisible people to box with.

i've never been able to free-form shadow box or work a bag.

???? dunno, just seemed kinda silly to me. guess I'm missing something.
