IWuF Compulsory Routine Seminar: Changquan (Long Fist) & Nanquan (Southern Fist)
The Tiger Claw Foundation is supporting the International Wushu Federation Compulsory Routine Seminar: Changquan (Long Fist) & Nanquan (Southern Fist) held on December 9, 2012, at the Legend Kung Fu Academy in Newark, California.
This year the International Wushu Federation (IWUF) announced the creation of 10 new compulsory routines. All of these routines are currently in use for the Junior World Wushu Games. Also the IWUF Technical Committee announced that the Changquan, Nanquan and Taijiquan compulsory routines will be included as new medal events in the next adult IWUF World Wushu Games hosted by Malaysia in November 2013.
This one day seminar offers a unique opportunity to learn the complete routines of either Changquan or Nanquan as prescribed by the IWUF for international competition. The course is divided into two 3 hour sessions covering required combinations, step by step instruction and key points to avoid technical deduction.
