Ok nevermind, I didn't see that last video, there is a kwan sau
Atleast one of the reposted links is "malformed" . At one point in the last link Ng Chan
"rolls" his hands up rather than bringing them straight up.
Some roll up a little more clearly. Many just bring their hands up.
We already have had a thread on rolling- kwan--don't care to revisit the same stuff.
Folks can do whatever they want to.
With good wishes,

You can go back to the original links provided by kung fu fighter.
Whats the strategy, tactics,
THE RULE IS TO USE THE STRAIGHT LINE FROM YOU START TILL YOU AIM
THE PROBLEM IS ,PEOPLE ARE NOT EVENT DOING A STRAIGHT PUNCH
PLUS BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY ARE TRAINING ,AND THE WEAKNESS OF THE DUMMY WORK ,THEY CANNOT ENTER WITHOUT PHYSICAL FORCE TOWARD THE OPPONENT ARMS TO HIT HIS BODY IN THE SAME MOVEMENT
TO LONETIGER
. But I thought you were kind of saying that this was 'special' knowledge or something?
THE KNOW HOW ,THE PRECISION ...
The hidden 'legwork/kicks' is something I am very familiar with too,
I DONT THINK WE SPEAK ABOUT THE SAME.THATS REALLY SHORT TAOS NO DRILLS
IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME HOW MUCH THERE IS ?
WHAT ARE THEIR FUNCTIONS ?
But from what you say here, you have the 'key' to developing 'original' Wing Chun power but are having difficulty with the knifes power/strength generation?
YOU CERTAINLY THINK THAT MOVEMENTS IN THE AIR ARE EQUAL TO MASTER SOMETHING,(IT IS NOT A CRITIC,ALL THE OTHER GUYS ARE THINKING LIKE THAT)
IN A PREVIOUS POST ,I PROPOSE TWO TESTS
ARE YOU SUCCEFULL IN THEM?
ANSWER TO THIS ONE PLEASE ,WHAT SIMPLY MAKE THE DIFFERENCE AND THE DIFFICULTY USING THE KNIVES COMPARING TO THE HANDS ?
Thanks for the reply too, but I would also advise that you listen to people like Joy when he says that there were more people than you may think who learnt this 'original' stuff from Ip Man
WITHOUT DISRESPECT ,IT IS NOT POSSIBLE.
FOR THE SIMPLE REASON THAT THERE ONLY ONE OR TWO BY GENERATION
THE ONE CHOOSE HAS TO LIVE WITH MASTER
SO ALL THE PRIVATE TEACHING DONT COUNT FOR THAT.AND JUST NG CHAN WAS LIVING WITH IP MAN
LIKE IP MAN LIVED WITH LEUNG BIK
KI PING PUN WITH NG CHAN
ME WITH KI PING PUN
THATS THE ONLY WAY TO CATCH THE STYLE
BESIDES WE KNOW THE NAMES
AND NONE OF ONE IP MAN STUDENT ,IF THEY KNEW IT ,COULD HAVE SPEAK OPENLY ABOUT IT BECAUSE OF THE OATH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE
KI PING PUN IS THE ONLY EXCEPTION
Once again Kevin, for the last time because I surely don't want to revisit that thread either, kwan sau is the motion. It's not the end movement. You can have many different end movements with the motion of kwan. Whatever the guy is doing with pushing on his hands has nothing to do with the kwan sau motion.....
