    Help With The Xing Yi Turtle Form

    could someone please tell me the fighting theory behind the xing-yi turtle or alligator form ? i do not get it.

    A little now and then I have to run.
    The Turtle / Tuo (Water SKimmer) form is similar to cloud hands in Taiji. The idea is to cross your opponent up and knock him into his dead angle.
