To everyone who loves the Chinese martial arts,

I would like to extend my warmest greetings to martial arts practitioners and aficionados everywhere.  It gives me great pleasure to invite you to participate in Tiger Claw’s KungFuMagazine.com Championship. 

On Saturday, June 27th, 2009, KungFuMagazine.com, the official website of our magazine Kung Fu Tai Chi, will be holding our first official tournament.  We are cooperating with Tiger Claw and Shark City Nationals for an unprecedented tournament of Chinese Kung Fu and Wushu alongside Karate.  Shark City Nationals is part of the Bay Area Sport Karate Association (BASKA) and is promoted by Tony and Theresa Kattengill.  This historic cooperative event offers Cash Awards, Custom Grand Champion Trophies, Special First Time Competitors Divisions and of course, magazine coverage above and beyond any other.   

Tiger Claw’s KungFuMagazine.com Championship will be staged in the luxurious San Jose McEnery Convention Center, in the heart of downtown San Jose, California.  The Convention Center is Silicon Valley’s premiere venue for such events, large enough to accommodate a Karate tournament alongside a Chinese martial arts tournament, and is within walking distance of hotels, restaurants, bars, theaters and shopping, all the best that San Jose has to offer.
