Yeah.I saw that picture at got-chick.

"Illustreret Videnskab", a scandinavian magazine telling of all the newest discoveries in all the fields of science. but at times its too "woo-woo" or "breaking news!"-y. but overall a good mag.

So is it a bit sensationalist? Cranky?

I'm making a video for my friend's song called, "Confused?"The whole basis of the song is forgetting who you are.
Its gonna have a 150 extremely white guys dressed in polo shirts and shorts with sweaters wrapped around their shoulders.

Scene 1: 3 guys stand around a Benz with spinners holding forties and blunts.

Scene 2: Pool Party scene. A whole buncha scantily clad women running around pool while MC pours Christal on them and smokes a 3 foot cigar.

Scene 3: Playin Dominoes. 4 white guys dressed in suits gettin' rowdy over a domino game.

On another note (fudge, I'm in town, forgot my free rental coupons to my old place of business) I suggest the movie "Thundering Mantis Fist." I think it's licensed under the Shaolin Dolemite Collection series.

In fact, I recommend anything from the Shaolin Dolemite series.

Hell'z Windstaff (Not Shaolin Dolemite) is one of my favorite kung fu flicks.

Wish they made karate movies that didn't suck. :( :mad:

I've watched like a ton of movies lately... saw Grudge 1 and 2 today... They were so so. The story is really weird and I don't really understand it. But it had some gruesome parts that made them enjoyeble

vash: i havent decided anything, im just not training at the moment. im waiting for the right moment to start again, or for a reason, one could say. ive started to do more intense strength training again, i noticed a week ago that i had lost a lot of my former muscle mass. so im glad to start that up again.

man, what a wack party i was at friday night. me & 2 Gz went to this small town to a party one of them were invited to, and we couldnt find the way. then we met some drunken danish boys (i guess they were our age, like 18 or sumthin. mebby younger), and they showed us the right way. when we came to the house, the host refused to let us (the guests to the one who was invited) in, possibly because we looked pretty dangerous compared to the types living around there. but we came in after all. (+ the boys who helped us find it:D).
the party had already been goin on for hours, and they were all half-drunk. the girls were ugly, and looked too minor (reeeally nasty). almost all the liquor had been drunk. but anyway, we just sat down in a sofa, and put on some cds wit hard rap on em (DMX, Method man, others) and it sounded great, they had a good music system in the house. powerful bass. but them hoes kept stoppin it, to put p*ssy-ass danish pop on. & they just stood there dancing really stupid. so, me & one of my buddies tried some of the liquor, some coconut brandy or whatever, tasted nasty. we blended it wit coke (relax, i mean coca cola:D). and then we tried making shots outta it (wit lemon slices & everythin). but there wasnt enough to make us drunk.
but the highlight was when 2 of the hos started making out in front of us, layin in the sofa. i woulda been turned on if they werent so ugly. so it was just straight nasty lesbian sh!t they had goin on. my friend hates gay ppl, so he threw some sprite blended wit the coconut sh!t at them. then we left, what kinda party is it when theres gay ppl havin sex.

I've been talking about uppin my training lately. I need to move from 16-18 hours a week to 20-24 hours a week. I've been seeing amazing results in my physique as well as skill. I'm iching to know what 4-8 hours more a week will do.

I dig Edamame (Japanese soybeans) as a snack, steam em and salt em... cheap and YUM.

my weekend was great - visited/trained with the Pong Lai folks again, picked up a bunch o' hot new info and hung with some great people. Also got a deeeeeelicious spaghetti dinner.

Yesterday I got a present from Oso, two really nice throwing knives. Heavy forged steel, wrapped handles. sweet. I can stick em in a tree from 20'. :eek: :cool:

I feel there's a time and a place for everything.
All things in moderation. Herb is not something to make one seem cool amongst his/ or her peers, it is a drug and should be treated as such. There might be times in ones life where one might require the assistance of herbs, if that be the case use it wisely, and cautiously , as it is illegal.
Smoke inhalation in all forms is bad for you. Consider other options for ingesting herbs.
I believe herbs should be used medicinally, perhaps sometimes spiritually(I'm using this term loosely)...Not fond of recreational, or casual smoking.

On the other hand, I've never let it rule my life or time. I never fiend for it like a cracky wants his dope. Yes, it is a drug in the same since that alcohol is a drug. Both are just lighter versions than the rest and 90% of perscription drugs. I feel that I'd rather be slowly hurting my lungs (which are in great shape, might I add) than quickly killing myself with beer. And putting my friends and others at risk with my enibriated driving skills. So, Is it the lesser of evils or is it a controlled substance that can be easily abused?

I had my herb smokin times, and I didn't see how negatively it affected me until I quit for some time, and then saw it through a clearer perspective. I have not smoked herb in well over 2 years, and am in better shape mentally, physically, and in every other possible way..

Thats just me though, every individual is different.

He had not been able to tell any information to the policeman who found him, except that his name was Barney or Marney, and he lived in the black house. That was because the house next door had been painted, making our house look dirty.
