I know how to pronounce it (I also know the the difference how a country boy in China would say it compared to somebody from Beijing.), but I don't care to write it phoneticly.

I'm hanging in there, but dang, this stuff is depressing the fudge out of me. I think I'm becoming a bit . . . obsessive for my own good. Talked to my mom, got some bad medical advice, but gonna go see a doctor (not just my regular chiropractor) anyway.

Healing time's an uncertainty. Hoping to start working out again the first of January. But, it's unlikely. Here's hoping, though.

Was a slight break, probably. x-ray was indeterminate. Right now, it's almost for sure that the muscles around the floating rib (it's the first mofo that doesn't attach to the sternum [and makes all the other floating ribs it's b!tch]) are strained or torn, and the cartilage is definetly broken between the rib and the sternum.

Am I going to fight after I get all healed up? Probably. Not any time soon, though. If I'd been smart the first time, taken a few months off sparring, I'd be aight. But, I'm a DA. Don't know if I'm gonna retest for my Shodan, though. Considering all the injuries that are being handed out at the last few tests, I don't see any real reason to do it again before my Nidan test. Gonna talk to sensei, though, see what he thinks.

He got the two individual's on the testing board to whom we answer (kinda) to give me my shodan ho (most of the peeps on the board said full Shodan, but a voice which seems to carry an inordinant amount of sway said a retest was in order. This happened with my sensei's last student to test. Apparently, politics tend to nip my instructor in the bud).

Not saying I won't retest for shodan, in fact I probably will, just gonna wait to see wait sensei says.

Politics don't have a dang place in. . . anything, really. But martial arts especially.

the translation HAS to be exactly after the danish text, so the length of the sentences is not my fault. and the choice of words has to be dictionary-correct, so its really only the grammar that i need help with.
