CPA I'll put some time into exploring your site. I haven't heard any of your tracks but from what people say here you have skills.
:D

Here's a shot of the seminar in Nashville this weekend - some KFO folks you'll recognize there. I'm looking a bit like a little combat tank. :p the pic was after a long hot day of training, we learned the taiji meihua form White Ape Steals the Peach and a few apps. That form is chock full of nice application.

I'm gonna treat myself to a feast! A feast to make a glutton jealous. I'm maintainin', just kinda apprehensive to head back to the tone. I'm afraid I'll slip back to my old ways...smokin' too much, drinkin' too much. I do want to capitalize on some missed opportunities ifyouknowwhati'msayin. I think I've come too far to go back to the old me. I'm going to college, holdin' a job, making some good tracks (or so I'm told).

I've started gaining again. I'm back up to 175. I'm eating regularly now and supplementing my workouts with Whey. I was kinda shocked when the marine fell all hardtimes like he did. He bashed his arm against the copy machine. Thats where the bruise came from. I was showing him a reversal to the bear hug.

I'm sure a part of me will always care for her, because I haven't ever felt the way I did about her before. But, I know that leaving her was not a mistake. And that's a good thing.

Do you know what addy they sent it to? Thats there problem (seriously). They should refund you (as it is there mistake) and if they don't, I'm guessing you didn't pay cash, so you can either stop payment on the check, fight the cc charge, etc.

It is their problem. I just contacted UPS, as directed by a rep for the site, and they say I cannot change the info. I will fight the credit card charge if it doesn't ship correctly. I now understand how all the america bashing must feel like. but it has also been made clearer to me from where that comes from.

this goes beyond country bashing. theres an issue deeper than that. my country isn't perfect, but you'rs aint either. there is no etopias, and will probebly never be. the issue is LACK OF RESPECT. everyone is paranoied about muslims and Islam. people talk about them like there not human beings. Yeah, him not talking definetly added to the overall non-suxors atmosphere.

Plus, he didn't do a whole lot of "martial arts," or whatever it is he calls his dancing stuff. After he get his arse handed to him in the mess hall, and sent to the whole, he starts doing hanging crunches, pushups, pullups, hitting a mattress he tied around his bedpost, things like that.

And the choreography was actually impressive. Nothing overly Hollywood-ized, but not realistically brutal, for the most part. Suprisingly, there was a decent bit of actual grappling technique shown.

The only Damme movie I'd buy.

Inmate Escapes Jail While Rap Video Filmed
By KRISTEN WYATT

ATLANTA (AP) - An unauthorized rap video was being filmed at the Fulton County Jail on the same night an inmate escaped for several hours.

A video for jailed rapper Clifford Harris, whose stage name is T-I, was being filmed Thursday night around the same time Cara Williams, dressed in medical scrubs, slipped out a door for employees.

Jail officials said the video shoot was unauthorized and that it had nothing to do with Williams' escape. She was found six hours later at a gas station.

A spokesman for Fulton County Sheriff Jackie Barrett said she had no idea a rap video was being filmed inside her jail.

Lt. Clarence Huber said he didn't know how many people were in the jail filming the video, or who gave permission for the shoot to take place.

``We did find out there was some sort of video being shot,'' Huber said. ``There is a lot we're still looking into.''

Harris had been in jail since April for violating probation for a 1998 drug conviction.

He recently released a second album, ``Trap Muzik.'' A hit song from that album, ``Rubber Band Man,'' includes the lyric, ``Call me trouble man / always in trouble man.''

Huber insisted the video shoot didn't help Williams escape. She was being processed on a probation violation and was already wearing blue scrubs when she entered the jail.

Acting on a tip, police recaptured Williams, 23, around 2 a.m. Friday morning.

Williams is the latest in a number of escapes and accidental releases from the jail - her escape is the 10th such incident in the past 16 months. It also comes after a monitor released a report last week saying conditions at the jail were becoming increasingly dangerous and unhealthy because of crowding and inadequate security.

Fulton County Chairwoman Karen Handel, who has long been critical of Barrett, blasted the sheriff for not knowing a rap video was being filmed in the 3,200-inmate jail.

``You're going to have a video crew roaming around the jail? I don't understand why that was even remotely considered,'' Handel said. ``I don't care whether she knew or didn't know. The buck stops with her, and this should've been an automatic 'no.'''

Drum and Bass DJ Pish Posh is tonight... I'm bartending or bouncing, not sure which yet... Should be dope. Other than that, my hammie is still bothering me, I think I'll try to make a doctors appointment on Monday, it is really close to my knee, and when I stretch it a little, it feels like I'm really tugging on the tendons and stuff around there, got me scared I did some damage again.

As far as rappers... most of them are jailers anyway, they usually get out, and beat someone up for dissing them on there record, and go right back in, so the only time they have to shoot is in jail... lol.;)

God hypnotized today. Now, I'm now worried about my chest injury. I understand I have one, and precautions need to be taken during life, but it's a feeling of "oh, yeah," as opposed to "This Is My Suffering." Very relaxed. I like it.

emcee- In it for the art, four elements, or "hip hop". Don't brag about what they have. Examples: Gift of Gab, Aesop Rock, Lyrics Born, Slug, and El-P

rapper- Stereotypical, recycled, radio rapper. Raps about the proverbial "Bling Bling" and contridict themselves by saying "I ain't changed", "I'm from the streets", and "Got the Ice grill, cash, hoes, and Spreewells on tha Escalade"...
Examples: 50cent, Puff Daddy, Nelly

Ands its hotter than a ***** here in Texas...

Indeed. Sorry 'bout that. Been working on my graduation thesis (paper?) - soon I will be a lawyer, hopefully - and that took most of my time and left my spirit pretty weakened. ;)

But I see you folks have been busy as always :) ...

Cap I had a feeling it was that way. I wonder if most rappers see themself as emcees, since they claim to make hip hop music I mean.

hey y'all. Quiet man, long time no read. :)

how was everyone's weekend? I took a nice thwack to the back of the calf while practicing some arnis drills - think I broke a blood vessel -- the bruise is huge. I'd rather take a hit on the calf than on the kneecap, but still, no shorts for me for a while.

Well there are a number of rapper/mcs that are a little of the mix... I don't like what Ludacris is saying, but that dudes got some sick flow.

MC list

mos def
Aesop
Abstract
Del the Funky ****sapien
Talib Kwali
Murs
Mr. Lif
De La Soul
Akrobatik
etc...

rapper/mcs
Biggie
Pac

etc.

Then you have dudes like Cage, Eminem, Mos Def, most of Wu, etc. who I never know how to classify.

Then you have what some of us reffer to as hip pop.
Nelly
Juvenile
Twista
Jkwon
Chingy
etc...

Ming, sorry to here about that bruise, sounds nasty, take care of it, grab some jow.

Crazy ass weekend for me. We had a dope night at the bar on Friday, went to a friends after that, partied until 6 the next morning... seriously, 27 hours, needless to say, I slept like 13 hours last night.

I'm still feeling pretty mellow from my hypnotism. That's some cool stuff.

"TOKYO (Reuters) - A Japanese teenager was forced by his teacher to write an apology in blood after dozing in the classroom, the school's principal said on Monday.

The teacher later went to high school principal Hiroaki Dan and confessed what he had done, Dan told Reuters.

The teacher had apologized to the 17-year-old boy and his parents, Dan said, confirming a local media report of the incident, which happened last Thursday.

He said the boy was taken to the staff room of the school in Fukuoka City, southern Japan, after being caught asleep during a lesson. The 40-year-old male teacher handed the boy a box-cutter and paper and told him to write an apology in blood.

The teacher left the student, who then cut his finger and began to write an apology using his own blood.

Other teachers in the staff room did not notice what was happening, Dan said.

"To ask a student to write in their own blood is something I just can't imagine," he said.

He said the boy was back in school, and neither he nor his parents had asked to switch teachers. The teacher involved is expected to resume classes in a few days, Dan said.

The incident comes on the heels of an attack in which an 11-year-old girl killed a classmate by slashing her throat with a box cutter, also in southern Japan.

Well, momma's hypnotism seems to be working. Not feeling the physical sensations of my injury that I'm used to. Still keenly aware of it, mind you, but the edge seems to be dulling.

This Sunday, we're doing another session. This time, to get my mind to understand the body is healed and it's time to stop feeling the pain/separation sensation. She's going to subconsiously get me to set a date (probably about 30 days) to regain full mobility. With that time frame, I could grow into feeling normal again, and I would be under no pressure to try anything with which I was not yet comfortable.

Those among the ORA Crew, if you pray, then please pray for me. And if you don't, please do me a favor and pray for me anyway. Tomorrow it will have been exactly 15 Months since I was injured. I once took pride, probably too much pride, in what I could do with my body and my mind. Hell, I probably thought I was a tad invincible, despite problems with my shoulders, knees, elbows, back and neck. That's what I think it was. I was proud. So, I fell. Doesn't matter. So long as I got skin on my back I can get up and do all this stuff again. Standing on my head. I just need the chance to stand up again. This is my chance. God Willing, I will stand up again.

'Course, I'm much better off than I could be. I could've injured my back to the point of paralysis. I could have blown my knees all the way out. I could've completely overbalanced my shoulders and ripped my rotator cuffs all to hell. I could've done a lot. But, I didn't. In retrospect, I think I got off easy. Sure, I've developed a nervous disorder and feelings of self-loathing, but I guess that's par for the course. I will stand again.

I will train again, too. That's ****ing awesome. I miss the feeling of throwing a heavy-as-all-hell barbell over my head and catching the *****. I miss hitting the bag 'til my forearms wouldn't straighten out my wrists anymore. I miss the set practice. I miss the two-man set practice. I miss the sparring . . .

The sparring. I don't know what my verdict on that's gonna be. Maybe I've grown gun shy. The only real injuries I've incurred have been during sparring. But, that's also where I made my best advances. 'spose I'm gonna hafta work out a benefit-to-risk ratio on that one, see if it's still a risk I'll be willing to take. If not, I think I can handle being a paper tiger. I can still roar like a mufuka.

In any event, I've got something my grandpa told me one time:
Tough times never last. Tough people do.

Peace, all. God is Good, and Jesus had some ripped abs.

Well, I can bend over . . . at the waist! I can move, I can kick, left leg to groin height, right leg to knee (going on a forward angle). Heck, I punched with focus tonight, felt soreness in my chest . . . but not injury-type pain!

Tell yall 'bout my God! Dude went an' hooked me up! He was nice enough to let momma's hypnotism session do what it did for me. This is great stuff. I can drive my truck with only a minor bit of irritation. I'm sore as all hell, honestly, but I am mostly mobile!

Well, I'm not going to do ANYTHING stupid. I'm not starting anything remotely resembling a workout for at least another month, after which time my next hypnotism session will have set my mind to be at ease with my body.

I gotta say, this is some exciting stuff. The actual prospect and proof of being whole again.

Thanks so much to everyone. I ain't healed yet, not by a long shot, but today was proof that I will be. So, if you prayed, keep praying. If you didn't, go ahead and start. The Big G won't mind.

Me and my homies were talkin' about clones when one of my boys brought up a very good point. He said, "If were ever to be cloned, I probably would flip out and kill it" I kinda agree with him. I don't think I'd be comfortable with an exact copy of me walking around knowing that he could get off scott free by incriminating me. It would be like animalistic instinct for me to kill it the first time I saw it...I don't like the idea of dopplegangers.

That is all.

if anyone got cloned it would be born as a baby. You can't clone a replica of a already grown human being but you can clone him, and raise that clone child (and it would b an exact replica)

When I'm old I'll clone myself, then download my mind in to a big ass robot, allowing me to live forever. And then I'd raise my clone.

ok were you high when you had this conversation? ;)

Imagine killing yourself from a second person perspective. Mind bender.

A clone of you would be more like an identical twin - he'd have a different personality, different tastes, he'd be a completely different person, just with your exact same genetic material.

besides, what's to stop YOU from incriminating HIM and getting off scott free? You'd have the same fingerprints.... get a clone, go underground.

muahahaha.

I KNOW! Thats why I wouldn't trust my clone. I'd incriminate the **** out of my clone. I'd steal a farrari, some cash, and nice clothes and let my clone take the fall. If we were the same person he'd do the same thing...Death to the doppleganger!!!:D

I just had a long discussion about clones n stuff..
Basically I asked my friend if he would download his mind into a robot if it was possible. ''Hell yeah'' :D

Before I die, I will download my mind, consiousness to a computer and internet. That way I can know exactly everything on the internet and 'know' huge number of facts and ****. I'd know most about everything and be able to 'see' and 'know' what's going on and everyone on the earth. + the all the free porn.
When there's sufficently advanced high tech stuff around I'd download myself to a colonizing space ship, and a robot. Then I'd travel to the nearest world for some milions of years, still all knowing on earth thanx to my mental connection to the internet. then at each moon or planet I pass I'll land and establish bases and build robot cities that produce more spaceships with my mind in them, traveling in different directions in space.

So after a few millions of years. My Mind is coverig HUGE areas of the universe. On moons, planets, different dimensions etc. And I'll be almost all-knowing, and be aware of what's going on everywhere at the same time.
